What is FDM?

Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) is a leading 3D printing technology that builds objects layer by layer through precise deposition of heated thermoplastic filament.

The process begins with a digital 3D model sliced into thin layers. A nozzle heats the filament to its melting point and deposits it onto a build platform, where it quickly cools and solidifies. Each new layer bonds to the previous one, gradually forming the complete three-dimensional object.

Why choose FDM?

  • Cost-effective solution for prototyping and production
  • Wide material selection including PLA, ABS, PETG, and more
  • Excellent mechanical properties for functional parts
